Residential Projects Various Locations   Dwain Lee Architects has completed a number of single and multiple-family residential projects. These projects include new custom private residences, additions of single rooms or entire floors to existing homes, and small apartment complexes.   Many of the residential projects that we have completed cannot be shown here in deference to the privacy of our clients. However, DLA has designed residential projects in the upscale Columbus suburbs of Worthington, New Albany, Upper Arlington, and along the scenic Scioto riverfront in Dublin.   However, we don't design only upscale residential. We have also designed several budget-conscious additions for more modest residences. We have also designed multifamily projects for Creative Housing, Inc., a local nonprofit organization that develops and manages quality, affordable residences for the disabilities community. We at DLA are very proud of our ongoing relationship with this wonderful organization.
