Historic Renovation/Adaptive Reuse
The COPCO Building
226 North Fifth Street
Columbus, Ohio

The former headquarters of the COPCO Paper Company was built in 1917, and features beautiful exposed brick walls and massive concrete structure. Dwain Lee Architects has designed completely new building systems, reconfiguration of the interior common areas, and office design. This project is currently in its final phase, which includes a top-floor with breathtaking views of the skyline and an upper level mezzanine overlooking the city and the main space below.

"This building could be considered the cornerstone of the city's historic Warehouse District, and Dwain Lee Architects has done a great job of bringing the building back to its new use as innovative office space for new tenants."
Bradley Mindlin, managing partner
Columbus Central Properties
